Prof. Gang Feng City University of Hong Kong Fellow of IEEE | Brief Introduction: Gang Feng (Fellow, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Melbourne, Melbourne, VIC, Australia, in 1992.,He has been with the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, since 2000, after serving as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer with the School of Electrical Engineering, University of New South Wales, Sydney, NSW, Australia, from 1992 to 1999. He is currently the Chair Professor of mechatronic engineering. He is listed as a SCI highly cited researcher by Clarivate Analytics 2016–2020. His current research interests include multiagent systems and control, intelligent systems and control, and networked systems and control.,Prof. Feng has been awarded the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Fuzzy Systems Pioneer Award, the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems Outstanding Paper Award, the Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship, the Changjiang Chair Professorship from Education Ministry of China, and the City University of Hong Kong Outstanding Research Award. Prof. Maode MA Qatar University, Qatar IEEE Senior Member, ACM Member | Brief Introduction: Prof. Maode Ma, a Fellow of IET, received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Prof. Ma is a Research Professor in the College of Engineering at Qatar University in Qatar. Before joining Qatar University, he has been a faculty member at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for over 20 years. He has extensive research interests including network security and wireless networking. He has led 26 research projects funded by government, industry, military, and universities in various countries. He has supervised 25 research students to get their Ph. D degrees. He has been a conference chair, technical symposium chair, tutorial chair, publication chair, publicity chair, and session chair for over 100 international conferences. He has been a member of the technical program committees for more than 200 international conferences. Prof. Ma has more than 500 international academic publications including over 250 journal papers and about 250 conference papers. He has edited a few technical books and produced over 28 book chapters. His publication has received over 10,000 citations in Google Scholar. He has delivered over 90 keynote speeches and 10 tutorials at various international conferences. Prof. Ma currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and the Journal of Communications. He also serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and International Journal of Communication Systems. Prof. Ma is a senior member of the IEEE Communication Society and a member of ACM. He is now the Chair of the ACM, Singapore Chapter. Prof.Lin Wang Xiamen University, China IEEE Senior Member | Brief Introduction: Prof. Wang Lin, former Vice Dean of School of Information Science and Technology of Xiamen University, Director of National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Electronic Information, distinguished Professor of Information and Communication Engineering, was selected as the first New Century Outstanding Talents of the Ministry of Education in 2004, and won the Sa Bendong Chair Professor Award of Xiamen University in 2012 and He Yici Chair Professor Award of Xiamen University in 2016. His current research interests include broadband and bandlimited digital communication system theory and application (6G, IoT, PLC, VLC, underwater acoustic communication and body area network transmission systems), information theory and coding (source/channel coding, joint source channel coding, network coding). He has published 81 academic papers in IEEE Transactions and other important international journals (JCR4 or above) included in SCI, including 4 in Zone 1 and 24 in Zone 2, 57 IEEE journal papers, and 94 academic papers in major international conferences included in EI. Prof. Qingsheng Zeng Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China IEEE Senior Member | Biography: Professor Zeng Qingsheng is a IEEE senior member, President of the Ottawa Branch Antenna and Radio Wave Propagation/Microwave Theory and Technology Joint Association, and Secretary of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Association. He has received several academic and technical service awards and was named the most Influential Researcher of the National Communications Research Centre of Canada in 2011. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He was a visiting scholar at the High Frequency Technology Institute of Ruhr University in Germany, a senior research engineer at the National Communications Research Center of Canada, a member of the Strategic Project Review panel of the National Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, a member of the Field Visit Committee of the Industrial Research Leader Project, and a reviewer of the Industrial Research Development Postdoctoral Fellowship.
